Price Estimating

Every project is different, but we know it helps to have an idea of costs before getting in touch. Pricing depends on the embroidery process, artwork, size, materials, garment and level of work involved.

For individuals

Our minimum bespoke commission is £250. Depending on the project, this can include design development alongside the embroidery, with the final price based on the amount of work required.

To give you an idea of the embroidery costs themselves, some typical chainstitch estimates are:

• Large lettering / rocker-style patch: from £125

• Large graphic patch: from £125

• Full back embroidery: from £500

• Heavily embroidered jacket: from £1,500

• Heavily embroidered suit: from £2,500

These are starting points for the embroidery work rather than fixed package prices. Bespoke design development, garment sourcing or other requirements may be additional depending on the project.

We also offer digital embroidery, which is priced according to the artwork, size, stitch count and quantity. We can advise on which process is most appropriate for your project and budget.

For brands & commercial projects

Brand commissions, production and live events are scoped and priced separately from individual commissions. Pricing reflects the overall scope of the project, including quantities, design and development, production requirements, usage, logistics and the level of studio involvement required.

Projects can include design and creative development, hand-guided chainstitch or digital embroidery, production, licensing, content creation and event services. Pricing depends on the scope, quantities, usage, logistics and level of involvement required from the studio.

For commercial enquiries, we ask you to provide an estimated budget or budget range so we can establish what can realistically be delivered before developing a proposal.
