Getting a quote for your project can be a bit of a lengthy process, but we've designed our system to make it as smooth and straightforward as possible. To ensure accuracy, we'll need as much detail as possible about your project. The more information you provide, the more accurate our estimate can be!

**Looking to embroider your own design?**

We've made some changes to our services - we no longer offer embroidery production on its own. Instead, we now specialize in combining design and embroidery to create truly unique pieces. We've found that in the majority of cases, designs need to be reworked to be ready for chainstitching, which is an ancient and beautiful handcrafted method that we're experts in.

If you're not familiar with chainstitch embroidery, it's very different from digital processes. It’s a fully handcrafted method and it's something we're incredibly passionate about. Our founder, Giulio, has over 15 years of illustration experience, and he'll work with you to bring your ideas to life. If you're unsure about anything, please don't hesitate to fill a form - we'll be able to pick this up and help you from there!

Our services

At our studio, we're all about collaboration. We offer a range of services to suit your needs, including designing and chainstitch embroidering your pieces. If you already have a design in mind, we can create a design for embroidery only and when required we can sell you full buyout rights on the artwork. Plus, we don't just stop at creating your pieces - we can also provide you with media content for your campaign or PR content, including both still and video formats. Whatever your needs may be, we're here to help bring your vision to life.

Design & Embroidery Fees

Pricing for a chainstitch embroidery project depends on four key elements: design details, size, colors, and placement. For your convenience, we've provided some ballpark figures on our contact page. Please note that our embroidery and design fees are combined and charged at £500 per day. If you're looking for a bespoke piece, our commissions start at a minimum of £250. This allows us to create an original design that's tailored to your unique vision.

How many pieces would you like? Please be aware that due to the hand-crafted nature of our work we are only able to produce up to 30 pieces per design, depending on the artwork complexity.

Size

Chainstitch embroidery is a unique handmade craft that can produce intricate and detailed designs, but it's important to keep in mind that it's different from industrial digital embroidery processes. The smallest line thickness achievable is about 2/3mm, which is the width of a single stitch. Think of it like drawing your design with a 2/3mm felt tip pen - if you're able to work within these parameters, then chainstitch embroidery might be the perfect method for your project! Our team has the expertise to help you create a design that will shine through this beautiful, handcrafted technique.

Colors

Deadline

There is a high demand for our services but we aim to keep the waiting time down between 2 to 4 weeks. Do you have a set deadline for your project?

Budget

At our studio, we're dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality bespoke chainstitch work. We receive a large number of requests each week, and we want to make sure we give each project the attention and care it deserves. To help us better understand your needs and make the most of our time together, we kindly ask that you share your budget with us upfront. This allows us to create a proposal that's tailored to your specific needs and ensures that we're aligned in terms of expectations. Please be as realistic and honest as you can - i.e £250 - £300.

Artwork Rights & Usage

At our studio, we take pride in creating bespoke artwork that's tailored to your unique vision and needs. We're thrilled to see the results of our embroidery commissions shared on social media and appreciate your enthusiasm. However, we kindly ask that you respect our intellectual property and copyright laws. Any bespoke artwork created by us cannot be replicated or used for commercial purposes without our mutual agreement. This includes using the design on clothing, printed materials, digital formats, and on-screen media. If you're interested in owning the full rights to your design, we can guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary documentation.
