Memento Mori

A one-off, continuous line, hand-drawn skull, and scythe. “Memento Mori” is a concept dated as back as the Roman Empire days, meaning “Remember that you must die”. Later on, in the 2nd century, Terullian wrote: “Respice post te. Hominem te memento”, which means “Look after yourself, to the time of your death; and remember you are only a man”. How’s that humble pie for you?!
