COMING SOON - Tiger Chainstitch Jacket – Limited Launch, UK Customers ONLY

This is our first fully customisable chainstitch jacket. We’ve designed a bold back piece featuring our signature tiger design, paired with your choice of name or meaningful word (6–10 letters, one continuous word). The service includes one large back patch with the tiger and text, and a resized smaller tiger embroidered on the front to suit your jacket type. Both sewn onto your own jacket.

How It Works

  1. Place your order.

  2. We’ll send you a pre-paid, tracked Royal Mail label and packing instructions to send us your jacket securely.

  3. Once we receive your jacket:

    • We’ll confirm sizing and placement.

    • You’ll receive a sketch and digital mockup for approval.

  4. After approval, we embroider the design entirely by hand-operated machines and return the finished piece, fully insured and tracked.

Important Information

Design Parameters

  • Customisation applies only to the name/word (6–10 letters, one continuous word).

  • Colours and artwork cannot be altered.

  • Any changes outside of this will become a bespoke commission, subject to:

    • A £500 design entry fee

    • Additional charges for time spent on projects over 8 hours

UK Customers Only (For now!)

This limited launch is currently available to UK customers only. Due to the complexity of international shipping logistics, customs processes, and Brexit related changes, we’re unable to offer this service abroad at this time.

We’re exploring future possibilities, including producing these pieces as ready-to-apply patches that can be shipped worldwide. But for now, this is a tester offer to trial our full embroidery service in the UK.

Shipping & Insurance Policy

When you order this custom embroidery service, we handle all shipping for you using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed, which includes:

  • Tracked delivery both ways

  • Next-day delivery within the UK

  • Full insurance cover for your garment and our embroidery service

If your jacket is lost in transit:

  • If you provide proof of purchase for your jacket, Royal Mail will cover the full insured amount (your garment + £375 embroidery service). We will process the claim and refund you the combined total once the claim is successful.

  • If you do not have proof of purchase, Royal Mail may only compensate the “second-hand value” of your jacket (not the original retail price). In this case, we can only refund you:

    • The full embroidery service (£375), and

    • Whatever amount Royal Mail issues for your garment as second-hand value (please beware that this might be lower than what one would expect).

Please note: if no proof of purchase is provided, we cannot guarantee full reimbursement for your garment in the event of loss.

Cancellations & Returns

  • You can cancel your order before we receive your jacket (we’ll deduct shipping costs from your refund).

  • Once we start work, cancellations or returns are not possible due to the bespoke nature of this product.

In Case of Loss

  • If your jacket is lost in transit, we will claim with Royal Mail for the insured amount.

  • If successful, you’ll be refunded for the embroidery and jacket (proof of value required).

  • Without proof of value, Royal Mail’s standard compensation rates apply.

Production Timeline

This piece is one of the more complex products we have for sale. To make it we schedule extra time in the diary and we batch all similar designs. This particular product will be made for you during the first week of the month. We suggest you buy your favorite products as early as you can, to guarantee yourself a spot in the first available production week. If for some reason, you’d like to receive this earlier, get in touch and we’ll do our best to fit this in the diary as early as we can.
